Q : Does it serve delivery and pick-up on location?

A : Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off services after the laundry is finish. Service coverage areas are Denpasar and surrounding areas such as; Kuta, Sanur, Canggu, Kerobokan, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.

Q : Can you take it at a rented boarding house?

A : Yes. At all pick-up locations.

Q : Can you just iron it?

A : Currently its only serves closes area from our location, with a minimum quantity requirement of 10kg per order.

Q : Is it possible to pick up at the location (A) then transfer to a different location, due to moving places?

A : Yes, as long as the location is still in Denpasar area and its surroundings.

Q : Does the laundry process mix with other consumers?

A : No. Each consumers is washed separately until the final packing. 1 customer for 1 machine.

Q : How long for the fastest service?

A : For now our fastest service is 8 hours complete, plus estimate 1 hour for delivery to location.

Q : My clothes are damaged (discoloration), can they be cleaned?

A : Yes, as long as the damage is not severe caused by other chemicals. And we try our best to return it to its original condition but do not guarantee it is exactly the same as the initial condition / new (clothes with other than white color).

Q : Is it possible to do bank transfer for payment?

A : Yes, after the laundry is finished we receive payment and the laundry is delivered.

Q : Is laundry safe for health?

A : We are really care about customer comfort, so we use detergent type that was friendly to the environment, especially not having a negative impact on human skin health.

Q : Does the laundry smell good??

A : Yes, according to our standards. However, if there is a request without fragrance due to something like consumer fragrance allergic, we will do it without fragrance as requested.

Q : Are all items included in the kilos package?

A : No, just kind of clothes. While other accessories; duvets, bags, curtains, and more count as units.
